Ingredients
Chia seeds (Salvia hispanica), Cocoa (Theobroma cacao) powder, Coconut palm sugar (Coconut sugar), Vanilla (Vanilla planifolia) powder
Usage instructions
Put water or milk to a bigger cup, add superfood CHIA PUDING mixture and stir it up good. Allow the mixture to thicken to density you love. The seeds get thicken in 15 minutes, but if we leave them in fluid overnight, we get thick and gelatin mixture. During the soaking, stir the mixture up several times, so it will evenly allocate and soak up the liquid. Chia seeds bind the water and in the time of soaking they double their volume. We soak in a ratio of 1:3 (1 spoon of chia seeds and 3 spoons of liquid); if we want more liquid mixture, we need to increase the amount of fluid.
