Long grain rice with a mildly scented, flowery aroma. In the case of natural or wholemeal rice, only the husk of the rice grains is removed, but they are not milled. The Organic Jasmine Rice is slightly sticky after cooking. Delicious in the Asian and Oriental cuisine, well-suited as a scented side dish for curry.
Cooking method (For approx. 4 servings):
For 250 g rice, bring 2.5 times the amount of water to the boil, add the rice and simmer for approx. 40 minutes over low heat in a covered pot. Remove from the heat and let the rice rest for 5 minutes.
