Tryptophan is an amino acid that the human body itself cannot produce. This means that it is important to get tryptophan from food or supplements. It is needed for the synthesis of melatonin, niacet and serotonin, and thanks to that, it helps relieve stress and improve mood.
Ingredients: L-tryptophan. No colorings, sweeteners, or fillers added.
Directions for use: dissolve a portion of 1000mg (2 scoop) in 150ml of water. Use once daily, immediately after preparation, depending on individual needs. Please find the measuring spoon inside the package. 2 scoops contains 1000mg L-tryptophan. Store tightly closed in a dry place at 15-25°C. Protect from moisture and light.
