1 capsule contains 5000mcg (16,667% NRV - Nutrient Reference Value) Biotin (as D-biotin).

Other ingredients: inulin orafti®GR (Cichorium intybus), cellulose capsule - hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC).

Directions for use: take 1 portion (1 capsule) daily with a sip of water. Store tightly closed in a dry place at 15-25°C. Protect from moisture and light.
