Cinnamon is an ancient spice, known from the 16th Century. Ceylon cinnamon has the finest flavour and comes from the evergreen cinnamon tree. Cinnamon is not a fruit, but freed from the inner bark of the cinnamon tree. Fairtrade, vegan, lactose- and gluten free.
