Ingredients: bulking agent: cellulose, cholecalciferol from lanolin (vitamin D3), coating ingredients: gelatin.

Directions for use: take 1 portion (1 capsule) daily with a sip of water. 1 capsule contains 100µg/4000IU (2000% NRV*) of vitamin D. *Nutrient Reference Value. Store in tightly closed container, at room temperature 15-25°C, in a dry place, out of reach of children. Protect from moisture and light.
