Cress Seeds for Sprouts, 35g

Growing sprouts is easy and effortless. They grow in few days, at home, all the year around. Sprouts enjoy a greater amount of nutrients - much easier to be absorbed - compare to the adult plant. 

Ingredients: cress seeds (Lepidum Sativum).

May contain traces of cereals containing gluten, soy, mustard.

How to sprout?

Gelatinous sprouting seeds, not to be used with sprouter bags, sprouter jars as well as automatic sprouters, need soaking only for 5-10 minutes. If using a sprouter with trays make sure to spread seeds together with the gelatin evenly on the trays. Water them once a day until they grow the first baby leaves, then increase up to 2-3 times a day. When ready sprouts can be kept refrigerated for few days when they will continue to grow. Before consumption please wash sprouts in the same way as washing a normal salad and with the same kind of products.
