Creatine (3500mg), 250g

Ingredients: creatine monohydrate.

Usage: dissolve a portion of 3,5g (1 scoop) in 150ml of water. Use once daily, immediately after preparation, depending on individual needs: before or after training. On non-training days: one serving in the morning. The daily dose (3,5g powder) contains 3,5g creatine monohydrate, of which 3g is creatine. Please find the measuring spoon inside the package.

Store tightly closed in a dry place at 15-25°C. Protect from moisture and light.
