L-Tryptophan (500mg), 60 capsules

Ingredients: L-Tryptophan, cellulose capsule - hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC).

Directions for use: take 1 portion (1 capsule) daily, 60 minutes before sleep, with a sip of water. 1 capsule contains 500 mg of L-tryptophan.

Store tightly closed in a dry place at 15-25°C. Protect from moisture and light.

Warning! Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance. The product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of the reach of children.
