Linseed Oil is a natural sources of omega-3 fatty acids. Good health requires the right ratio of Omega 3 fatty acids to Omega 6 fatty acids in the diet. The ideal ratio is around 1:2. The ratio present in linseed oil is about 4:1. So linseed oil is a good source of Omega 3. You should consume every day small portions of linseed or linseed oil.

While both forms of cholesterol are necessary in the body, omega-3 is considered the “good” form.
