This polenta can be used for both sweet and savory dishes. Quick and easy preparation in only 10 minutes. For polenta, sweet dishes or as side dish with savory meals or as alternative pizza dough.
Application:
Basic recipe:
Stir 250 g polenta in 0.75 l of boiling water. Simmer over low heat for 5-10 minutes while stirring. Pour more liquid if necessary. Remove pot from heat and let steep for 5 minutes.
Ingredients:
Corn semolina from biodynamic farming.
May contain traces of cereals containing gluten.
