The Well­ness Week lasts a to­tal of 8 days – 1 prepa­ra­tion day, 5 juice days and 2 re­cov­ery days: 

• Preparation day: get in the mood for the juice week by preparing three light meals according to our recipes and drinking plenty of fluids in the form of tea, water and juice.

• Juice days: abstain from solid food and fast with 1 litre of juice according to the daily programme, water/tea and linseeds for digestion.

• Recovery days: follow the coordinated recovery programme to slowly get your body used to solid food again.
