Milk thistle seed oil contains plenty of vital bioactive substances: silymarin, phospholipids, macro- and microelements, vitamins. The oil contains a lot of mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids: α-linolenic acid (source of Omega-3), linolenic acid (source of Omega-6), oleic acid (source of Omega-9) and vitamin E, which is one of the strongest antioxidants.

Milk thistle seed oil is produced using the cold-press method, which ensures the preservation of all bioactive substances.
