Slightly nutty sweet soy bean. For stews, roasts and spreads. As a snack or for making soy milk.
Wash the beans and soak them in plenty of cold water for 8 - 12 hours. Then drain the water and rinse the beans. Boil 1 cup of soy beans with about 3 cups of fresh water once and then simmer gently for about 45-60 minutes at low temperature with the lid closed. Do not add salt until cooked.
